Call for EAN Board Candidates  2026 - 2028

Dear Network,

We are looking for enthusiastic members who want to become part of the EAN board! 

The positions open this year are:
Vice-President, secretary and treasurer.

How to become a board member candidate

We require each candidate to provide a short description of themselves and introduce themselves at the GA, reporting why they are interested in the position. We will share the description provided by each candidates with the EAN members.

Please send your expression of interest specifying why you want to be part of the board and which position you are interested in by email to us. 

Please, send your expression of interest as soon as possible. 

Eligibility criteria

Please, note that only active members (ie. those with up to date with their membership fee) can become part of the board. If you need to update your membership please follow the instructions at the bottom of this email.

Current fellows - please note that, although you are not yet eligible to vote, we would still very much encourage you to attend the GA so that we can meet you and welcome you personally, and so that you can get to know more about the EAN and what it does. Many of the things we will discuss will be directly relevant to you, so we'd be very happy to see you there!

What are the required tasks?

If you would like to become one of the board members, see the job descriptions on our website and reach out to our general email or to any of the board members for any questions or clarification.

Voting

The EAN members standing for each position will be presented during the EAN general assembly at ESCAIDE on Wednesday 18 Nov, from 12.40 to 14.05 CET, in Auditorium 4 (and online). You will receive a link to join online if you cannot attend in person.

After the general assembly, active members only will receive a link via email to express their preferences (fellows cannot vote for the Board).
